Brand: Selmer France

No. 22322

Year about 1960.

Hand-hammered one-piece reinforced pavilion, size 115.

Bore size: ML

K modified for Keith Ecker's modifications that improve the playability and sound quality of the instrument, making it popular among jazz players.

Completely devernished, this trumpet has been able to keep its gold metallization. Protection is now provided by a ceramic coating.

All the slides and pistons are free. The compression is still excellent proof of Selmer's know-how at the time.

Like all Re-Brass trumpets, it benefits from 3D printed felt-tip pens on ultra-flexible filaments (70A) that ensure silent cushioning and unparalleled longevity. These felts have been manufactured to the tenth of a millimeter and ensure the trumpet a perfect alignment of the pistons.

All the dents present have been removed, but there is still a very slight snag due to a slight punching of the metal. I did not insist further to preserve her gold-colored dress.

Delivered in its original box with a bottle of oil  La Tromba T2. Without the mouthpiece.
